Turns out we have quasi public places...

As it happens the current Occupy movement reveals we have quasi public places. The movement across several cities worldwide challenge the dimensions of what makes a public space, who owns it… if anybody, and what happens… if anything, and for how long? This last question is what is the difficult one to answer.

Will this develop into a new public place? The challenge ensues…
